Flavorful chicken tikka wrapped up in a flaky paratha with freshly chopped onions and peppers, drizzled with a tangy cilantro mint yoghurt chutney & flavorful sauce is one of the most wonderful street food in india.
In a bowl add all ingredients and add chicken. mix well until well coated
Cover & keep aside for 10min
Heat a pan,add this marinated chicken cook until chicken is tender
Now burn a small piece of charcoal on the stove and place it in a small bowl that can be put inside the bowl containing your cooked food
Add 1tsp ghee/oil . Cover with a lid to let your food suck in the smokiness of charcoal
Chicken tikka filling is ready
For dough & Paratha
In a bowl add flour,salt,ghee & mix well using hands
Add water gradually and make a soft dough. cover & keep aside for 10min
Now make small balls of prepared dough, dust some flour in clean surface & roll to make a paratha
Add some oil, dust flour .From the edges start to fold and pleat the paratha till the end
Roll the pleated edges tightly. Join the edges
Lightly dust with flour and now roll into round parathas
Cook this rolled paratha on medium-high heat for about 1 to 1-½ minutes on each side or until both sides are golden brown, pressing gently with a spatula
Alternatively, you could also add some ghee and then pan fry the paratha.

Sauce
In a bowl add mayo, hot sauce,salt, oregano,garlic powder & paprika
mix well
Sauce are now ready
Veggies
In a bowl add all veggies,add salt,lemon juice & mix well.
Veggie mixture is ready.
Assembling
Spread the green chutney on the cooked paratha
Add 2 to 3 spoonfuls of the filling in the middle
Add veggies mixture
Drizzle prepared Mayo sauce on it
Now roll the sides up to the middle. You can use small toothpicks to hold them together or roll in a sandwich paper.
