In this recipe I’ve used bone-in chicken pieces for extra flavor. You can use boneless thighs or breast.

For Chicken Marinade
- 1 kg Bone-In chicken pieces
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tbsp thick full fat whisked yoghurt
For chilli garlic paste
- 8-9 Kashmiri dry chillies
- 3/4 cup hot boiling water
- 8-9 cloves of garlic
For Gravy
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
- 6-7 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 5-6 Fresh Coriander long stem finely chopped
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1&1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 3 Green Chillies slit
- 1 cup Water add more water if needed
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro/Coriander
- 1 tbsp Spring onion greens
For chicken Marinade
In a bowl add all ingredients mentioned above for chicken marinade.Mix until the chicken pieces are coated well. Let it rest for 30 minutes
