Pink Sauce Macaroni
This is my signature pasta recipe. This pasta with pink sauce is one of my family favorite and comes together so quickly!
This is the most easy, comforting and quick recipe. It is a perfect blend of tomato & cream sauce. This sauce can also be served with any pasta you have on hand. My kids love the shape of Macaroni so i made using elbow Macaroni.

For Red Sauce
- 400 gm Boneless Chicken
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 large Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tbsp Parsley chopped
- 1 tsp Red Chilly flakes optional
For White Sauce
- 2&1/2 tbsp Butter
- 2&1/2 tbsp All purpose Flour
- 2&1/2 tbsp Full Fat Milk
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
For White Sauce
Heat butter in a pan, add flour & mix until well combined.
Add milk whisk well until smooth.
Add in salt, oregano, pepper and mix well
Add cheese and cook for 3-4min until sauce is thick & lump free. keep aside.
For Red Sauce
Heat oil in a pan, add onion & cook for 1min.
Add tomato paste, ginger & garlic paste, salt, paprika, red chilly powder and mix well.
Add chicken pieces & mix well.
Add 1 cup boiling pasta water. Mix well & cook for 8-10min until chicken is tender.
Now add prepared white sauce into the red sauce pan mix well.
Check the pasta, drain the water & immediately add into the prepared sauce mixture & mix well.
Add red chilly flakes if you want more spicy.
Sprinkle oregano on top & enjoy!!
