- 500 gm Mutton with bones
- 3 bunch Spinach/Palak
- 3 medium sized Onion sliced
- 1&1/2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1&1/2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water if cooking in pressure cooker
- 2&1/2 cup water if cooking in a pan without pressure
Heat Oil in a pan or pressure cooker.
Add sliced onions and fry on medium to high flame until it changes its colour to pink.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 2 minutes.
Add Mutton and cook for 2 minutes.
Add water, cover and cook until mutton is tender and cooked completely.
Now add Finely chopped and washed Spinach. Bhonofy on high flame for few minutes until water is dried and it releases oil.
serve hot with chapati or Rice.
