For Manchurian sauce
- 1/3 cup tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot sauce
For Macaroni
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 Chicken breast pieces
- 1/2 small onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 8 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 2 Green chillies chopped
- 1/4 tbsp carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup capsicum finely chopped
- 2 tbsp spring onion greens finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Boiled pasta water
- 1/4 cup corn flour slurry1
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 cup Macaroni
- Water to boil macaroni
For Macaroni
In a Pot boil water and cook macaroni according to package instructions. Keep aside.Reserve 1/2 cup boiled macaroni water . In a heavy bottom pan heat oil. Add ginger, garlic and sauce for 1 minute.
Add chicken and dry spices , cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
Add all the chopped vegetables and cook on High heat for 2 minutes.
Now dd in the prepared Manchurian sauce, pasta water and corn flour slurry.Cook until the sauce becomes slightly thick. Add the boiled macaroni and cook for 2 minutes .Garnish with onion green and serve hot.
