Preparations
Prepare the green Masala.
Cook the chicken in a mixture of green masala, water and salt.
Prepare the Malai mixture, add chicken and fry.

For Green Masala
- 8-10 Garlic cloves
- 2 1inch Ginger
- 3-5 Green Chilies
- Handfull of Chopped Coriander & Mint leaves
To cook the Chicken
- 1 kg Chicken drumsticks and thighs Chicken drumsticks and thighs
- 1&1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
For Malai Coating
- 4 tbsp Hung curd
- 3 tbsp Thick Malai or Cream
- 1/4 cup Grated Cheddar cheese or 3 cheese slices
- 3/4 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for Frying as needed
For Green Masala
in. a food processor or grinder add garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves. Add some water and make a fine paste. Keep aside.
To cook the Chicken
In a heavy bottom pan combine water, prepared green masala and salt. Bring it to a boil. Add washed Chicken pieces and cook on high flame for 1 minute.
Now reduce the flame to low, cover the lid and cook until the chicken is 90% cooked and water is dried. Let it cool completely.
For Malai Coating
In a bowl combine Hung curd, cream or malai, cheese, salt, pepper, garam masala and corn flour. Whisk to make a smooth mixture .
Now add the cooked Chicken pieces and mix until the Chicken is well coated. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat some oil in a pan, Add chicken pieces and cook on each side until golden brown for 2-4 minutes.Serve hot.
