- 1&1/2 cups Almond
- 2 cup Pitted Chopped Dates
- 1&1/4 cup Melted Dark Chocolate
- 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
- Sea salt
In a food processor or mixer grinder add Almonds , Dates and peanut butter and pulse until finely chopped and mixture holds together.
Brush a Baking sheet with oil and line with a parchment paper.
Transfer the mixture to the parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly knead to pack together; pat into an 8-inch square. Refrigerate until firm for at least 30 minutes
Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in microwave and set aside.
Brush a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with oil and line with parchment,
Now cut the nut & date into half & press one part into loaf pan. Pour half of chocolate on it and Refrigerate for 10minutes.
Add the remaining nut mixture and spread with remaining chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and sea salt.
Refrigerate until firm or at least 2 hours. Before removing from pan let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature. Enjoy!!
