Dark Chocolate Almond Date Bites

These Dark chocolate Almond Date Bites are the perfect pick-me-up! Dates provide all the sweetness you need for these no-bake bites. These are packed with proteins and nutty flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1&1/2 cups Almond
  • 2 cup Pitted Chopped Dates
  • 1&1/4 cup Melted Dark Chocolate
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
  • Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or mixer grinder add Almonds , Dates and peanut butter and pulse until finely chopped and mixture holds together.
  • Brush a Baking sheet with oil and line with a parchment paper.
  • Transfer the mixture to the parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly knead to pack together; pat into an 8-inch square. Refrigerate until firm for at least 30 minutes
  • Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in microwave and set aside.
  • Brush a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with oil and line with parchment,
  • Now cut the nut & date into half & press one part into loaf pan. Pour half of chocolate on it and Refrigerate for 10minutes.
  • Add the remaining nut mixture and spread with remaining chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped almonds and sea salt.
  • Refrigerate until firm or at least 2 hours. Before removing from pan let it rest for 10 minutes at room temperature. Enjoy!!
