Chicken Roll
These easy chicken roll are super tasty. You make it as a quick weeknight meal or a leisurely gathering, these Scrumptious rolls are sure to be a hit!

These roll consists of incredibly flavorful, succulent pieces of chicken and vegetables that are rolled into a soft flaky flatbread topped with mildly spices yoghurt chutney.

Preparations
Marinade the chicken.
In a pan add oil, garlic and marinated chicken. Cover and Cook until the chicken is 90% cooked
Add soy sauce, szechwan chutney and veggies. Filling is ready.
Prepare greek yoghurt chutney.

For Chicken Marinade
- 500 gm Boneless chicken thighs or breast Cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Whisked Thick Yogurt Full Fat
- 1 tsp red chilli powder or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp tikka masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander & Mint leaves
To prepare chicken filling
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Red and green Capsicum Julienne cut
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 large Carrot julienne cut
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Szechwan Sauce/chutney
- water as need to cook the chicken
- 7-8 Parathas or tortilla
For Yoghurt Chutney
- 1&1/4 cup Full fat greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 Garlic cloves
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 green chili Optional
- handful of coriander and mint leaves
To prepare the Chicken filling
In a pan or wok heat oil and add chopped garlic. Fry for 1 minute.
Add marinated chicken and Cook for 2-4 minutes on high flame.
Add some water , cover and cook for 7-9 minutes until the chicken is tender and 90% cooked.
Now add the veggies and mix well.
Add soy sauce and Szechwan sauce/chutney. Check for salt ,add if needed. let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Chicken filling is ready.
For Yoghurt Chutney
Make a paste of cumin, garlic, coriander, mint, green chilly, salt and pepper in. mixer grinder or on a grinding stone or mortar .
Add this paste to greek yoghurt and mix well. The chutney is ready.
