Chicken Marinade
- 1/2 kg Chicken mince
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Chickpea flour/Besan
- 2 Green Chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander & Mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
For Masala
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 12 cashew
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 1/2 cup Whisked Thick Yogurt Full Fat
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 3 cloves
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander & Mint leaves
- 3 green chillies
- water as needed
For Masala
Meanwhile, prepare the masala. Dry roast desiccated coconut & cashew on low flame for about a minute. Make a fine paste using water, keep aside.
In a heavy bottom pan heat oil & add whole spices.Add sliced onions & fry until onion turns slightly golden.
Add ginger garlic paste & spices. Cook on low flame for about 30 seconds. Add cashew coconut paste & cook for 30 seconds.
Add 1/4 cup water. Cover & cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Now add whisked yoghurt & cook for 2 minutes.Now add cooked kebabs & mix carefully.Add 1/4 cup water, Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes. Add more water to adjust the gravy.
Add kasuri methi, lemon juice, coriander mint leaves and green chillies. Serve hot with naan or rice
