Chicken 65 Paratha Roll

For Chicken Marinade
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken Pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1&1/2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1&1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 egg
For yoghurt sauce
- 1/2 cup Thick Yogurt Full Fat
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp red chilly sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Red Food Color
For Gravy
- 2 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 15 Curry Leaves
- 3 Green chillies slit
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/2 cup water
- salt if needed
For Roll
- 8 frozen or homemade paratha
- 1 Thinly sliced onion
- Mint yoghurt chutney
For chicken Marinade & Frying
In a bowl combine all ingredients and add chicken. Mix well until chicken is well coated. Cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a pan heat oil & fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Take out on a paper towel and keep aside.
For Gravy
In a pan on High flame heat some oil.Add chopped garlic, onion, green chillies & curry leaves. Fry for 1 minute.
Now add prepared Yoghurt sauce & cook on medium flame for 1- 2 minutes.
Meanwhile in a separate bowl add cornflour & water. Add this cornflour slurry to the gravy & cook for 30 seconds.
Now add in the fried chicken pieces & mix until chicken is well coated.
Add salt if needed & cook this for 1-2 minutes or until you get the desired consistency .Chicken 65 is now ready.
Assembling
Spread the green chutney on the cooked parathaAdd 2 to 3 spoonfuls of the filling in the middle.
Add sliced onions & drizzle green chutney on it.
Now roll the sides up to the middle. You can use small toothpicks to hold them together or roll in a sandwich paper. Enjoy!!!
