Szechwan Chicken Noodles
These Szechwan chicken noodles recipe is super easy to make and unbelievably tasty!
Delicious hot chicken tossed in a flavorful homemade Szechwan sauce with Chicken and veggies has become our family favorite dinner.
This recipe is quick and calls for very simple ingredients that are easily available at home. Do try this at home, you’ll not regret it.
Here I’ve used the homemade Szechwan chutney.

- 250 gm Noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large boneless chicken breast
- 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 small onion finely sliced
- 1/2 Red Capsicum julienne cut
- 1/2 Green Capsicum julienne cut
- 1 medium carrot julienne cut
- 1 tbsp spring onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Onion green finely chopped
- 2 green chillies finely chopped optional
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1/2 cup Homemade Szechwan sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp oregano
In a heavy Botton pan Boil water, salt and 1tsp oil.Cook the noodles as per package instructions.Drain the noodles ,hold under cold running water. Add 3 tbsp oil and coat well. Keep aside. In a wok or pan Heat oil on high flame, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.
Add in the boneless chicken pieces. Cook on low flame until the chicken is 80% cooked.
Now increase the flame and add all vegetables. Cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
Add in the boiled noodles .
Add dry spices and all sauces. Mix until everything is well combined and noodles are well coated.
Add spring onion greens on top and serve hot.
