- 3 Piece Onion Medium Size
- 1 Cup +3 tbsp Besan or chick pea flour(130gm)
- 3 Piece Green Chilies
- 3-4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1&1/4 Tbsp Salt
- 1&1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1&1/2 Tbsp Curry Leaves crushed
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 2 Tbsp Oil
Slice onion into very thin strips
Coarsely grind green chilies,ginger & garlic . add this mixture in onions
Add red chilly,salt, coriander powder & cumin seeds
Add chopped curry & coriander leaves.
Mix well using hands
Add oil & mix well.
Add besan in four batches mixing continuously
Fry on low to medium flame ( don't fry in very hot oil and on high flame). until golden brown.
In the same oil fry few curry leaves &green chillies and mix with fried pakodi
Serve hot with chutneys & enjoy!!!
