Ingredients
  

  • 3 Piece Onion Medium Size
  • 1 Cup +3 tbsp Besan or chick pea flour(130gm)
  • 3 Piece Green Chilies
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1&1/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 1&1/2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1&1/2 Tbsp Curry Leaves crushed
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 2 Tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice onion into very thin strips
  • Coarsely grind green chilies,ginger & garlic . add this mixture in onions
  • Add red chilly,salt, coriander powder & cumin seeds
  • Add chopped curry & coriander leaves.
  • Mix well using hands
  • Add oil & mix well.
  • Add besan in four batches mixing continuously
  • Fry on low to medium flame ( don't fry in very hot oil and on high flame). until golden brown.
  • In the same oil fry few curry leaves &green chillies and mix with fried pakodi
  • Serve hot with chutneys & enjoy!!!
