These home made food Chicken Tenders are soaked in buttermilk and fried crisp are super flavorful, moist and extra crispy on the outside.
The secret to truly golden, truly crunchy chicken is to coat the pieces in cornflakes mixture.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken Large Pieces
  • 2 Cup Butter Milk/Laban
  • 1 Cup Yogurt(Full Fat) If Butter Milk/Laban Not Available
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder

Coating

  • 1 Cup Crushed Cornflakes
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tbsp Hot Paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Powder
  • 2 Cup Oil

Instructions
 

Marination

  • In a bowl add all marinade ingredients , mix well and refrigerator overnight or at least 2hr

Coating

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Take a chicken piece & coat well in the prepared coating mixture deep fry in medium hot oil on medium flame for 3-4min until it turns golden
  • Take out on a paper towel( Repeat the process & fry all pieces )

If want to bake instead of frying

  • Brush with just 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter or spray with cooking spray (melted butter will give better flavor).
    Bake at 400c for 25 minutes.
