Instructions
Marination
In a bowl add all marinade ingredients , mix well and refrigerator overnight or at least 2hr
Coating
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
Take a chicken piece & coat well in the prepared coating mixture deep fry in medium hot oil on medium flame for 3-4min until it turns golden
Take out on a paper towel( Repeat the process & fry all pieces )
If want to bake instead of frying
Brush with just 2-3 tablespoons of melted butter or spray with cooking spray (melted butter will give better flavor).
Bake at 400c for 25 minutes.
