Easy and Quick 5minute Eggless Chocolate Cake without Oven
This chocolate cake with melted chocolate bar on top might become your new chocolate go-to, as it takes just 5 minutes of hands-on work and makes a simply irresistible dessert without oven.

- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 6 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 3/4 cup Full Fat Milk
- 2 tbsp coffee
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 120 gm Dark or semi sweet Chocolate bar/chocolate pieces
Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well.Now add all the wet ingredients & mix until everything is well combined.
- Grease a microwave safe ceramic or glass small loaf pan or container of your choice.
- Pour the prepared mixture into the pan carefully.
- Microwave for exact 2-3min or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean. cool completely. Let it cool for 2 minutes.
- Now neatly place or arrange chocolate bars on top of the cake to cover the top completely. Microwave this for 45-55sec or until the chocolate melts.
- Smooth out the chocolate using a spatula or spoon and decorate as desired Enjoy!!!!
Notes
Use high quality chocolate for best results.
Use good quality glass or ceramic heat resistant container.
