Achari Chicken Tikka

For Homemade Achari Masala
- 4 allspice / Kebabchini
- 1/4 tsp Black seeds/Kalonji
- 1 pinch Fenugreek Seed
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seed/ saunf
- 1&1/4 tsp Coriander seeds
- 1&1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 1inch stick Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ajwain /carom seed
- 2 Dry Red Chillies (for more spicy optional)
For Chicken Marinade
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken Cubes
- 2&1/2 tbsp Whisked Thick Yogurt Full Fat
- 1 tsp salt to taste
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Prepared Achari Masala
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
For Chicken Marinade
Marinate the chicken by mixing all the marinade ingredients and Prepared Achari masala powder in the chicken. Cover & refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight for best results.
Thread marinated Chicken on the skewers.
Heat a grill pan to medium Hot and add the chicken skewers, cook on one side for 7-8 minutes.
Flip over and cook for another 7-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan.
Achari Chicken Tikka is ready. Serve hot with naan ,rice or dips.
