Chicken Changezi 
Treat yourself with this flavourful Chicken Changezi that is perfectly spiced , creamy and aromatic. It will surely hit the right spots it is full of unique flavors and of of my  family's favorite  recipes.

For Chicken marinade 1  kg  Chicken with bones 1&1/2  tsp  Chaat masala 3/4  tsp  Garam masala 1  tsp  Coriander powder 1&1/2  tbsp  Ginger & Garlic Paste 3/4  tsp  Cumin powder 1  tsp  Kashmiri red chilli powder 3/4  tsp  salt Pinch of food colour 1  tbsp  Lemon juice 1  tbsp  Oil For masala 1  large onion  Sliced 3-4  Tomato  Sliced Salt to taste 1  tsp  Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4  tsp  Turmeric powder 1  tsp  Chaat Masala 1  tsp  Coriander Powder 1/2  tsp  Cumin powder 1  tsp  Kasuri methi 1  cup  oil 1/2  cup  Thick Yogurt Full Fat 1/4  cup  Thick cream /Heavy cream For masala In a pan add sliced onions and tomato. Add some water, cover and cook for few minutes until its soft and mushy. 
Make a fine puree of onions and tomato and add water if needed. Set aside. 
Heat oil in a pan and add marinated chicken pieces. Fry the chicken pieces for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside. 
In the same pan add the prepared tomato and onion paste and fry for 4-5 minutes on medium to high flame. 
Add in the Ginger garlic paste and spices, cook for 2-3 minutes. 
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. 
Add yoghurt and  cook for 5 minutes. 
Add some water , cover and cook for  15 minutes. add salt if needed at this point. 
Serve hot with chapati , naan or rice.
