Wash and Soak Basmati rice for 1hour.
While the rice soaks, rinse Carrot, Beans, Bell peppers and chop all of them to bite pieces.
Chop onion & spring Onion finely and slit green chillies.
Chop Onion green, coriander & mint leaves finely & set aside.
In a pan heat oil and all the whole spices & fry for 30 seconds.
Add the onions, green chillies & garlic ,fry until Onion turns golden.
Add Ginger & Garlic Paste & fry for 1 minute.
Add all the vegetables and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
pour water, lemon juice & salt , bring it to a boil.
add soaked rice , stir and cook on medium flame until all the water is absorbed.
Now cover and cook the rice on low flame for 10min. Serve hot with chicken skewers.
