Quick Chia Seed Fruit Parfait

There’s nothing better than a Guilt-free Dessert, especially when it’s topped with refreshing and colorful Fruit. This delightful and healthy Fruit Chia seed parfait loaded with flavors and nutrients is a perfect guilt free treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Kiwi roughly chopped
  • 1 Apple roughly chopped
  • 6-8 Strawberries roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Milk You can use Almond or Coconut milk
  • 2&1/2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add milk, vanilla extract & honey. Mix until well combined.
  •  Now add in chia seeds, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes and keep aside for further 15 minutes until it's thickens.
  • In a bowl add chilled whipping cream/heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks.
  •  Add cold Greek yoghurt, vanilla & sweetened condensed milk (You can also use honey, stevia or any other sweetener) and beat until stiff peaks.
  • Layer the chia pudding in three glasses and add 2tsp prepared cream yoghurt mix. Add Grapes & Strawberries layer.
  • Add the 2-3tbsp cream mixture & add Apple & kiwi pieces. 
  • Now add 3tbsp cream & top with blueberries & strawberry. Enjoy immediately.
