Fry the sliced onions until golden brown & takeout in a plate
Deep fry the potatoes in same oil for 3-4 min ,take out and keep aside
In a pan dry roast the desiccated coconut on very very low flame for 1min. remove from the pan immediately & keep aside
In a mixer jar add fried onions, coriander & mint leaves,green chilies,cashew & roasted coconut ,grind . add 1/4 cup water & make a fine paste. keep aside
In a pressure cooker add oil,ginger & garlic paste & mutton. bhonfy on high flame for 4-5 min
Add salt, turmeric & red chili powder & mix
Add prepared green paste, yogurt & mix well
Add 3/4cup water & pressure cook for 15-20 min or until the meat is cooked completely
Open the cooker & add in coriander, cumin & garam masala powder & fried potatoes. cook for 10min on low flame until potatoes are soft
Add lemon juice & chopped coriander. check for salt add if needed
Serve hot with rice or naan
