Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Mutton With Bones
  • 2 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 piece Sliced Onion Medium Size
  • 1 as per taste salt
  • 1&1/2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1&1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2&1/2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 handful Coriander+mint leaves
  • 10-12 piece Cashews
  • 1-2 piece Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 3/4 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 2 piece Medium Size Potato Cut in cube shape
  • 1/4 Cup Oil oil for deep frying Onion & potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Fry the sliced onions until golden brown & takeout in a plate
  • Deep fry the potatoes in same oil for 3-4 min ,take out and keep aside
  • In a pan dry roast the desiccated coconut on very very low flame for 1min. remove from the pan immediately & keep aside
  • In a mixer jar add fried onions, coriander & mint leaves,green chilies,cashew & roasted coconut ,grind . add 1/4 cup water & make a fine paste. keep aside
  • In a pressure cooker add oil,ginger & garlic paste & mutton. bhonfy on high flame for 4-5 min
  • Add salt, turmeric & red chili powder & mix
  • Add prepared green paste, yogurt & mix well
  • Add 3/4cup water & pressure cook for 15-20 min or until the meat is cooked completely
  • Open the cooker & add in coriander, cumin & garam masala powder & fried potatoes. cook for 10min on low flame until potatoes are soft
  • Add lemon juice & chopped coriander. check for salt add if needed
  • Serve hot with rice or naan
