In a pressure cooker heat oil,add onions saute for 2-3 min
Add ginger & garlic paste mix well. add red chili powder,salt, turmeric powder
Add chana daal & mix well
Add meat and mix well
Add coriander & green chillies and lemon juice
Add water
Add garam masala, coriander & cumin powder
Pressure cook for 15min until the meat is cooked completely
Open the pressure cooker,bhonfy until dry
Cool completely & make a fine paste
Apply some oil on hands make round shaped disc & keep aside
Heat oil in a pan fry the prepared shami kebabs on low heat for 1-2 min on both sides.
Serve hot with rice or as desired.
