- 1/2 medium size Muskmelon/cantaloupe
- 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar or to taste
- 1&1/2 cup Full Fat Milk/ Milk of your choice Cold
- 3 Cardamom seed optional
Rinse the Muskmelon in water and Cut it in half.
Remove from the peel and separate it from the flesh.
Remove all the seeds.
Chop the flesh roughly and add to a blender.
Add sugar and milk. Blend till smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Do not make this shake ahead of time because its taste and color changes with time.
