Nutella stuffed chocolate cookies

I went for my all time favourite fudgy chocolate cookie dough & Stuffed Nutella inside. You can completely skip the Nutella, add chocolate chips & make fudgy chocolate chip cookies following the same recipe.

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup Melted butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 egg room temperature
- 1 egg yolk room temperature
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Coffee
- Nutella
Line a large baking sheet with parchment .Drop 1-2 full table spoon of Nutella onto the baking sheet.
You will need 12 full table spoons for this recipe. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes
In a bowl add melted butter, sugar & eggs. whisk it very well till very light & smooth in consistency.
Add vanilla extract, flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder & mix well with a spatula.
Cover and keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .While the dough is chilling preheat the oven to 180°c.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop out chilled cookie dough. Press a well into the dough & place a frozen Nutella into the cookie dough & form the dough around the Nutella.
Place the cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet 3- inches apart.
Bake for 10-11 minutes at 180c.
Remove from the oven & allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5min before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!!!
