- 2 Cup Full Fat Milk/ Milk of your choice
- 3 tbsp Custard powder
- 1/4 cup Cold Full fat milk
- 4 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Chopped Mango
- 2&1/2 tbsp Chia seed
- 1/2 cup Full Fat Milk
- 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup Fresh homemade Malai / Cream
- 3/4 cup Mango puree
- 1/2 cup Chopped Mango
- 2tbsp Chopped Nuts of your choice
- Rose petals for garnishing
In a pan add milk and bring it to a boil.
Add sweetened condensed milk, mix well & cook on low flame.
Mean while In a small bowl combine Cold milk and Custard powder and whisk until well combined.
Add this mixture to the milk and cook on medium to low flame for few minutes stirring continuesly until thickens(3-4 minutes).
Switch off the flame, cover and cool completely.
Once it attains the room temperature add chopped mangoes and keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Now prepare the Chia mixture by combining the milk and chia seed in a bowl. Mix well and set aside for 20minutes until it thickens.
Add sweetened condensed milk, mix and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
In a glass or bowl add 2tbsp of chia mixture . Add 2tbsp of mango puree on top.
Now carefully pour the prepared mango custard on it until 3/4.
Now add 2tbsp of fresh homemade Malai or cream and add mango chunks on top.
Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals. Serve chilled and enjoy.
