- 250 gm Boiled cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- 2&1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 2&1/2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup water add more water if needed
- 1 pinch Red Food Color
- oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala to sprinkle on top
In a pot boil water. Add 1tsp salt & pinch of turmeric powder.Add cauliflower florets in hot boiling water & boil for 2 minutes.Strain & let it cool completely. In a bowl add rice flour, corn flour & all purpose flour.Add spices & ginger garlic paste. Add water & make a fine paste.Dip boiled florets in the paste & fry in hot oil. Frying time and temperature is very important to get the perfect crunchy texture. Fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Lower the flame & fry for 4minutes. Increase the flame & fry for last 2-3 minutes. Takeout on paper towel & sprinkle chaat masala on top. Serve hot .
