- 2&1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds zeera
- 2 tbsp Coriander seeds dhaniya
- 2 tsp Mustard seeds rai
- 2 tsp allspice kebab chini
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seed methi
- 1&1/2 tbsp Fennel Seed sauf
- 2 tsp nigella seeds kalonji
- 10 Dry Red Chillies
- 2 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Chaat masala
Dry roast all the dry spices until fragrant.Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt and chaat masala.mix everything until well combined. Transfer in an airtight glass container and store in a cool & dry place.
