These extra crunchy, juicy and flavourful popcorn sized chicken bites are my family favorite.
You can air fry or bake them in the even for more guilt-free pleasure.

For Chicken Marinade
- 500 gms Boneless Chicken Cube
- 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Paprika powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3/4 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro/Coriander
- 1 Egg
- 1&1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
For Coating
- 3/4 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup Finely Crushed Cornflakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Oil For Frying
For coating
In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Add the marinated chicken pieces and coat well.
Fry them on medium flame for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove the popcorn chicken from the oil and let it rest on a paper towel. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
For Juicy and tender chicken popcorn, I highly recommend to soak Chicken Pieces in Butter milk for at least 2 hours or overnight before marinating and keep in the Refrigerator.
