These can be eaten just as they are or if you want to pretty them up then you could top them with Nutella or chocolate glaze or you could fill them with custard or strawberry jam.

Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts
Anyone can make these Easy doughnuts at home. These Fluffy Donuts are made with the basic ingredients like Whole milk, Dry active yeast, Granulated sugar, All-purpose flour, Salt, Unsalted butter, Eggs, Vanilla extract, oil for frying and delicious chocolate Glaze.

1 large Bowl for mixing
1 Pan for frying
For Doughnuts
- 2&1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Milk Full fat, Warm
- 1 tbsp Yeast Instant
- 1 piece Egg Room temperature
- 3&1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp Butter Melted,Unsalted
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
For Chocolate Glaze
- 1 cup Chocolate Milk/dark/semisweet
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2&1/2 tbsp Water
- 2&1/2 tbsp Honey
For Doughnuts
In a bowl add warm milk ,sugar and yeast. mix well and kepp aside for 15 min until froth forms.
In that yeast bowl add egg , butter,vanilla and mix well.
In a bowl add salt, flour. Mix well.
In this add egg & yeast mixture and knead well to form a smooth Dough.
Cover and Rest the dough for 2 hr in a warm place . until it rises and double in size .
After 2hr when the dough is ready, punch it down to release the air. Remove dough from the bowl
Tranfer the Dough on a lightly floured working surface.
Roll the dough out until it is 1/2 inch thick. Using a a Doughnut cutter, cut into doughnuts or If you don't have Doughnut cutter use a Round glass and cut into circles without middle hole.
Place on the baking paper ,and let it rest again for 45 min.
Heat oil for deep frying in a pan , On LOW heat fry these Doughnuts till light golden
Take out on a paper towel & let it cool completely.
Dip and coat the Doughnuts in prepared chocolate mixture and decorate as desired and Enjoy!!
