Marinade
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken Cube
- 1 piece Ginger
- 3-4 piece Cloves Garlic
- 1 handful Coriander & Mint Leaves
- 2 & 3 piece Green Chilies
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 3/4 tbsp White Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Cream Cheese or Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Milk Powder Optional
- 3 tbsp Thick Yogurt Full Fat
Make a paste of green chilies, coriander & mint leaves , Ginger & garlic
Mix all the ingredients & this green paste
Marinate for at least 4-5 hr or over night in refrigerator
Thread the chicken pieces on to the skewers
Grill on pan for 5-10min or in the preheated oven for 15-20min
Veggie Skewers
Stir fry the capsicum, onions & tomato on high flame for 1-2min
Thread the veggies with carrots or cucumber as desired on mini skewers
